  16. This file requires VBRUN200.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime). To find it, type VBRUN on the search form that comes up when you click the Software Search icon on the main menu of the Windows Forum. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL or VBRUN300.DLL.

This program is useful in running a tournament, most specifically a wrestling tournament. It can: store up to 26 brackets (or weight classes), print those brackets and their respective scorecards (bout cards), print lists of all the wrestlers,  the consolation wrestlers and the finalists. The author of this program was a wrestling manager for two years.
